What is the maximum negative pressure at which EJA430A and EJA118W can operate?

Can it operate at a pressure of -100 KPa? Its original range is 0-0.6 MPa; has anyone modified it in this way?
What is the sensor’s range? If the range you set exceeds the sensor’s range, it cannot be set successfully.
If used beyond its range, an error code will be generated, but this does not affect functionality. Over time, the accuracy may decline, but Yokogawa’s products are of such high quality that they are more than sufficient
I’m planning to change it to -100 to 600 kPa; I wonder if that will work

The EJA430A in the original post can be changed, but even if the EJA118W is changed, it won’t work properly; the negative pressure is too high, which can easily damage the diaphragm of the double-flange design, leading to inaccurate measurements.
Well, the negative pressure isn’t high; it’s probably around 70 kPa
I’m also worried about the possibility of the formwork being damaged, so I’ve come to discuss this with everyone to see if anyone has done this before!
A negative pressure of 70 kPa is also quite high; dual flanges still cannot be used.
