I would like to ask: what is the approximate price difference between Borgman, John Crane, Dandong Klon, and Sichuan Nikki mechanical seals of the same specification?
You can send a quote request to each of these manufacturers separately; it’s simple enough, and the official channels will surely work.
Borgman products have the greatest price deviation
I changed the one from John Klan to Dalian Huayang; the price difference is 40%
For different seal series, it can’t be said that one particular manufacturer necessarily offers the lowest price. Based on my experience with price inquiries, Crank-Borgman is cheaper, but Crank applies various factors to account for operating conditions, including shaft diameter, rotational speed, medium, and temperature; as a result of these considerations, its pressure-bearing capacity is lower than that of Borgman.
Issue a unified specification and provide it to various manufacturers; just request a quote. Quotations vary for different customer groups as well. New customer? Old customers? Batch size and geographical location both vary
