I am currently designing a transport tank for carrying concentrated sulfuric acid, with the tank body made of 16MnDR material. To ensure a long service life for the tank and its safety during transportation, it is intended to apply Teflon coating inside the tank for corrosion protection. However, the prices for spraying found online vary widely, making it difficult to use them for cost calculation. Therefore, I would like to ask those who are familiar with the market conditions in this area to kindly share their insights and tell me the price range for coating storage tanks with Teflon.
