Our company has two 30-cubic-meter fiberglass horizontal tanks used for storing 20% ammonia solution. The ammonia storage area is an open-sided steel structure shed; is it necessary to install ammonia leak detection devices, and which regulations should be followed?
The standard is the Code for the Installation of Flammable and Toxic Gases in the Petrochemical Industry; in 20% of cases, such installations may not be necessary
