Can’t watch videos; it’s due to the company’s network settings. So, may I ask what is the ratio of managers to employees? At what age do leaders retire? If they are all leaders, who will do the work?

A 50-year-old regular employee who is facing difficulties at work, but has a wife who always supports him. Everyone has their own definition of happiness; contentment brings joy – it’s quite inspiring
Japanese companies use four-shift production in workshops with 100 workers, and there are only 3 managers (for the day shift). In a company where one person holds multiple positions, there’s really very little time for drinking water even during leadership duties.
Who says this requires deep thought? Are you okay in your head? This is just advertising, and that Japanese approach isn’t any better either; once you lose your job, it’s hard to find another one, so you have no choice but to start your own business
