Regarding the noise generated by tank truck venting

Colleagues, how is the noise generated during the pressure release of tank trucks controlled? Now they’re disturbing the residents and the leaders; they have to make corrections within a set time limit, haha!
The best approach is to avoid pressure release~~ Hehe~~ One can find a location within the factory that is far away from the residential or office areas, and designate it as a pressure release zone; tank trucks are strictly prohibited from releasing pressure in other places. Additionally, it’s important to control the speed at which pressure is released~~
Install a silencer in a fixed location and discharge at that point.
We are now discharging at a designated location within the factory premises, but the management office is too close....... What should we do?
Recycle? I’ve considered it, but I’m afraid that if control is not proper, the purity could be compromised, and the costs would outweigh the benefits

Currently, oxygen and nitrogen recovery hardly has any value~~ Argon could be considered, but it’s not easy to implement either~~
