After discharging the contents from the reactor, a small amount of material remaining at the inner edges of the tank will gradually accumulate near the bottom valve. Once the bottom valve closes, this accumulated material stays in the area below the valve – how should this be dealt with?
1. The agitator in the reactor remains turned on throughout the later stages of material discharge. . 2. Re-clean the materials. . ;P 3. Add a steam purge. . . ;P
Alternatively, 1: Add a small amount of solvent for cleaning after all the material has been removed； 2. Backward blowing cleaning on the pipeline behind the discharge valve.
