Seek suppliers for low-temperature methanol washing process

Our company is working on a 400,000 tons per year ethylene glycol project, and for the purification of the feed gas, we intend to use low-temperature methanol washing as well as cryogenic treatment + PSA. I would appreciate it if anyone who is familiar with this topic could recommend the low-temperature methanol washing process as well as the contact information of suppliers for such processes. Thank you. Note: Raw material pyrolysis gas + water-coal slurry gasification gas. Approximately 250,000 Nm3/h; the components are roughly as follows: CH4, H2, CO, CO2, C2H6, C2H4, C3H8, C3H6, CnHm, N2, O2 – 13.44, 38.61, 33.66, 12.32, 38.32, 34.86, 11.15, 0.08, 0.44, 0, 0.01, 1.33, 1.18, 0.31
This post was last edited by wanj on 2016-9-30 08:50. The methane content is very high; it’s not suitable for liquid nitrogen washing. The dual-methyl process is more suitable.
