Should the dryer in the air compressor station be installed inside or outside the factory building?

As the title suggests, I would appreciate it if everyone could provide an answer along with the reasons behind it. Thank you very much.
Dryers are generally installed inside the factory building, where the environment is relatively favorable: they are protected from rain, the humidity is low, and the ambient temperature remains relatively stable. The adsorbents in dryers (usually alumina + molecular sieve) seem to have fairly high requirements regarding ambient temperature and humidity.
Could it be that the high temperature of the dryer causes the overall temperature in the factory building to rise?
