Dear seniors, we now want to change the delay time for shutting down the regenerative catalyst isolation system in CRCS. Could you please tell us where exactly on the computer interface of the CRCS cabinet this setting can be adjusted?
In UOP’s CRCS, adjustments can generally only be made to certain control parameters such as the PID parameters for the catalyst circulation rate and the parameters of the blanking hoppers (i.e., control PES)； The parking interlock (protection PES) parameters cannot be changed ； This is also why many factories carry out Conneson system upgrades. Perhaps UOP has strict requirements from a safety perspective, and the interlock bypasses are simply set up in a fixed manner

Why change this parameter? Was it a cold shutdown caused by a short shutdown period leading to an erroneous return to flood control mode? If it’s this case, the instrumentation team can simply modify the valve return device; it can be resolved through hardware changes
