Space temperature, volatile content, moisture content of the coal used, and collector pipe pressure? ? ? ? The space temperature is currently around 800, with little change, but as the volatiles in the coal increase, it would logically be expected that the tar yield should increase. However, the tar yield has actually decreased. Why is that?
First is the tar yield associated with the coal; some coals produce less tar. Second is process adjustment.
The volatiles of the coaling coal, turnaround time, coal loading amount, temperature, and gas collector pressure all affect the tar yield.
Recently, the production of tar has also experienced significant fluctuations; it’s beneficial to study this. :)

That makes sense. With certain fluctuations in coal quality, it is essential to strengthen the control of oil content in ammonia water, raw gas, and tar residue; as a result, the tar recovery rate will also increase accordingly.
