For example, when connecting a reduced-diameter tee of 200X100 to an equal-diameter tee of 100, is it appropriate to weld the two tees directly together without using a short pipe? I don’t see anything wrong with it. If it’s a welded flange for concentric reducers, is a straight pipe required in between? If there are experts in on-site installation or design, I would be grateful for their advice!
