There is a calculation formula that determines how much coke oven gas is produced per ton of coke burned; under a certain air excess factor, the amount of exhaust gas remains constant, and it is obtained by multiplying several numbers together
What is the typical excess air coefficient for coke ovens? Can it be taken at 1.4? The consumption of coke oven gas is 13,000 m3/h, with a pressure of 6–7 Pa. I am not an expert in coking; I have just started working in this industry, and I hope those with more experience can offer me some guidance!
