Is there a suspicion of leaking patent holder information?

When writing a paper, if it includes information on existing patent holders – that is, a brief description of the patent holder’s manufacturing process is given in the paper followed by improvements based on that process – does this constitute infringement? Is that considered leaking information?
How serious is it, strictly speaking? How is liability determined after an infringement occurs?
Is it common for patent holders to take action in such cases?
When is the paper? In the thesis I wrote upon graduating from undergraduate school, I cited a patented technology; the thesis only included the publicly available information that could be found in the patent office, without referring to any confidential details. . There is also no processing or manufacturing, nor is it published in any journal, so it does not constitute infringement. . .
As long as it’s the part that’s made public in the patent, there should be no problem. But then again, you can’t see the core aspects of the patent either; unless that patent is related to you in some way, you won’t be able to know its key contents, right? If that’s the case, then one needs to be careful
