Bentley system alarm modification

For a vibration on card 42 of the Bentley system, it is necessary to modify the interlock value or disable this interlock; once this interlock is activated, an output is generated on card 33 of the Bentley relay. Is there any risk during downloading after modifying the interlock values in the configuration program or disabling the interlocks?
There are risks; it is recommended not to do it offline, but rather during downtime.
Theoretically, it is possible to make modifications to the lower components online; we have done this several times during testing. If modifications are necessary while the unit is in normal operation, it’s better to disable the interlocks in the control system in order to make those changes (it’s important to have a plan in place, complete the necessary procedures, and ideally get approval from management: lol).
