1. Sometimes it has an impact, and sometimes it doesn’t; this needs to be tested on a calibration bench, and the test data will indicate whether there is an impact. 2. To determine whether there is an impact and how significant it is, it’s necessary to know the accuracy of the gauge. For gauges with a precision of 0.5 grade, such effects can be ignored, but for those with a precision of 0.05 grade, they can represent a significant source of error. 3. As a component used for fluid measurement, a pressure sensor requires even force distribution across its diaphragm. Therefore, it’s important to develop good habits and avoid using fingers or hard objects to touch the diaphragm – that’s what truly shows technical competence and high-quality skills :lol
It’s hard to say whether minor damage to the diaphragm will cause measurement errors, or whether such errors affect normal use……
It shouldn’t have an impact; it’s best to check it on a testing bench
I just thought about this issue; I haven’t actually tried to do it:D. Also, could the process isolation diaphragm cause damage to itself during the measurement of natural gas or crude oil?
Are the lame, the blind, those with cleft lips considered human beings? Do they all have to work and labor? :lol If the meter isn’t broken, then go ahead and use it boldly; if it breaks, then replace it with a new one
It’s not a big problem; just observe its use. If possible, verify it to check the accuracy
If the pressure applied by the owner is relatively high, it should still have an impact. However, since a mark was left by pressing with a fingernail, it’s difficult to determine the depth of that mark. If the pressure isn’t high, it’s recommended that the owner continue using it; if the pressure is too high, it’s advisable to replace it
