The storage tank in our facility was flattened during the material feeding process, and the flattening occurred at the top. How can it be repaired? Thank you!
Remove that section and redo it~~~~ We encountered problems in the middle section before; we cut it out and rewelded it~~~~
1. Redo the top. 2. Fill it with water and then apply pressure (this method is rather risky; care must be taken regarding the level of pressure)
This post was last edited by ylb913 on 2016-10-16 at 18:54; it’s unlikely that this issue can be fixed without replacing the board. We have encountered three similar problems: one time it was a plate replacement, and two times it was a tank replacement.
Is the frequent occurrence of collapsed containers due to a clogged or too-small breathing valve?
The top of the tank has become unstable. It’s not a problem for smaller tanks, but it’s tricky with larger ones; it’s not practical to fill large tanks with water

For a problem like this, it’s best to have pictures to explain it clearly. Even those with deflation at certain degrees and in specific areas can often be repaired; those where there are no \"dead folds\" in the wall panels can also be repaired. Methods — local heating, pneumatic pressure method, mechanical methods, etc
