The community safety officers are all frontline workers who can promptly identify potential safety hazards and report them immediately.
Everyone here is rewarded for identifying potential hazards: 50–100 yuan at the workshop level, and 500–2000 yuan at the company level.
Safety is everyone’s responsibility, and companies have corresponding reward systems in place. Specifically, each department and position will have a safety officer
Generally, small private enterprises rarely have team safety officers; any safety-related matters fall under the responsibility of the safety and environmental department. To ensure safety, more efforts need to be made in this area

At present, private enterprises should strengthen efforts in this area. Generally, private and corporate enterprises allocate limited resources to safety measures; they tend to focus only on what is necessary and try to save costs wherever possible, which makes it difficult to implement incentive systems for \"community safety officers\".
The workshop has a full-time safety officer, and each work team has its own safety officer, who is usually an experienced field worker holding both roles.
In foreign-funded enterprises, the workshops do not have safety officers; all safety-related responsibilities are handled by the shift supervisor.
