Question for fellow users: Various boilers in chemical plants are equipped with thermal deaerators. Besides reducing the workload, what are the practical purposes of the pressure and level control mechanisms built into these thermal deaerators from a process perspective? What is the impact of pressure stabilization and level stabilization on the deoxygenation effect? What is the impact of control failure leading to significant changes in pressure and liquid level on the deoxidation effect? Are there any references on this topic?
