The syngas-based low-carbon mixed alcohol production process package developed by Donghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. successfully passed the review by Shenhua as the project owner. From October 11th to 12th, 2016, a review meeting for the software design of this 100,000 tons per year capacity syngas-based low-carbon mixed alcohol production process was held at Donghua Technology. This process package is part of the scientific and technological innovation project titled “Industrial-scale research on syngas-based low-carbon mixed alcohol production on a kiloton scale”. The meeting was chaired by Wan Guojie, assistant to the general manager of Shenhua Coal-to-Oil Chemicals Company. The Shenhua project team reported on the progress of this project and reviewed its implementation history ； The Donghua Technology project team gave a brief presentation on the contents of this process package preparation. President Wan fully affirmed the rigorous and meticulous work style as well as the high level of professionalism demonstrated by the Donghua Technology project team during the preparation of the process package. He believed that, in accordance with the requirements set out in the \"Specifications for Process Design Packages (Comprehensive Technical Process Packages) for Petrochemical Plants\" SHSG-052-2003, the content of this process package is complete and detailed, meeting all the specified requirements. The software package for the production of low-carbon mixed alcohols from syngas has successfully passed the review by Shenhua, the project owner, marking a milestone achievement in this technological innovation effort and laying a solid foundation for the further dissemination of this technology.
