How is the food in the staff cafeteria of your workplace? What standards?

For the work meals, repeated requests were made over several years, with the issue raised at the employee representative meetings each year; eventually, most employees are satisfied now. Additional note: What I’m referring to applies only to shift workers and those on duty; it does not apply to those on regular day shifts. It’s all delivery to the workplace; there are two or three options available when placing an order.
The lunch cost is 7 yuan, with the company covering the expense. . . Quality. . . When the top leaders come, a lot of dish soap is used; usually, just rinsing the dishes with water is enough to make them clean.
5 to 30 – all at your own expense. It will be cheaper than outside.
Our work meal costs 8 yuan; we call it a weight-loss meal: lol

The standard price is 15 yuan: 4 dishes and 1 soup, with two meat dishes and two vegetable dishes. You can choose whatever you want for the soup and rice; the staple foods are rice, steamed buns, and noodles. There is also one piece of fruit after the meal
