If an expired safety helmet causes an accident at the work site, it is the responsibility of the person wearing it ； If it is a safety helmet still within the warranty period and an accident occurs on site, it is the responsibility of the helmet manufacturer. A safety helmet is like a condom; it’s better to be safe.

It would be fine if no accidents occur, but if an accident happens and it is found that the safety helmets have expired and not been replaced, that will be one of the main causes of the accident. That’s just my personal opinion
