Let things take their course – it’s a foolish way to live, without any effort or attempt to realize one’s true potential. I can do it; I’m capable of it, and that’s also my belief. You may be great, but I won’t go along with your ways. I’ll continue to follow my own path. But as a newcomer to the chemical industry, as a young person who has just started working, have you really planned out your future and the path you will take in life? No. Why? Well, you yourself don’t know either; it’s because you’re just starting out! Probably just thinking it’s a match for their major! Many complete beginners who have graduated from chemical engineering programs face various difficulties when they first start working there. Their educational qualifications may be higher than those of people from their home areas, but they lack the skills necessary to function in society; they tend to be impetuous and wonder why someone with a degree from a top university should be inferior to an ordinary worker. We, as beginners, can understand this well, as most of us have gone through a similar journey from graduates to workers. How can one focus better on work and get rid of restlessness? What kind of pattern determines what kind of life one leads. As for where we are now, my fellow graduates, first, act in a low-key manner but carry out your tasks with confidence; second, maintain a positive attitude and be not afraid of suffering losses, as losses can turn into blessings – just like the law of conservation of energy; third, there’s no need to force yourself to fit into circles that are not suitable for you; fourth, everything happens for the best.
