Catalyst loading and unloading costs! Recently, due to a methanol synthesis accident, the catalyst in the synthesis tower had to be replaced urgently. Now we need to negotiate a contract for the installation and removal of the catalyst; are you not sure about the costs? I’d like to ask for help from the experts here! I can share some experience. (Last year, for the catalyst loading and unloading in the pre-reactor at the company, it involved a volume of 37 m3, and the cost was around 90,000 yuan; however, I wasn’t the one who handled the negotiations, so I’m not sure how that cost was calculated.) ) So, I’m seeking help. Large companies that handle catalyst loading charge high fees; they are professional, but their service is also excellent.
