Surface temperature of sulfur production furnace using sulfur

I would like to ask for advice: I have a plant capable of processing 20,000 tons of sulfur. The surface temperature of the sulfur production furnace is currently 200°C, while that of the other components is 130°C. The infrared temperature inside the furnace chamber is 1400°C. Will this have an impact on the furnace itself?
This post was last edited by ylb913 on 2016-10-27 at 12:28. A local temperature of 200 degrees is no problem; we have models that can achieve this. The earlier models had a temperature of around 140 degrees, while the latest models can reach almost 170 degrees, with local temperatures of 200 degrees. It has been in use for five years now, and it’s very stable – no issues at all. Foreigners have designed ones at 300 degrees. Think about the allowable operating temperature for carbon steel; stability is maintained as long as it doesn’t keep rising.
