Selection of breather valve diameter

Dear all: The selection of breather valves is determined based on the flow rate of oil in and out of the tank (i.e., the pump’s flow rate), which in turn determines the number of breather valves as well as their diameter. Below are 2 tables; please take a look and tell me which one is correct Are there any latest standards? Near the ground, it is usually between 0-10 meters per second； At high altitudes, it is usually between 10-20 meters per second; in areas with strong winds, it ranges from 20-60 meters per second, and in the highest cases it can exceed 150 meters per second. (For naturally convecting air, the value is generally set at 5–10 m/s.) ； ） ； Either one will work; for greater safety, choose one with a larger diameter – it makes little difference.
What standards do these two come from? If both criteria apply, generally the diameter of the breather valve is either large or small.
