Our original private company operated on two shifts, with a 12-hour shift schedule :Q

Time is long; skipping one shift means saving 1 hour wasted on the road； I’m a bit tired at night, so it’s okay to take a short break (such as taking a nap) ； Many factories do it this way these days; it’s fine, quite good actually.
Hehe, if the salary is the same, then a four-shift, three-shift rotation is necessary. Don’t both the three-shift, three-day rotation and the three-shift, two-day rotation result in the same total number of working hours per month? In either case, it means working eight hours a day and having 16 days off, while with the four-shift, three-shift rotation, one works eight hours a day but has 24 days off
The four-shift, three-day rotation is better as it allows time for rest; the three-shift rotation is really exhausting. Especially when there’s a lot to do in class throughout the entire period, it feels like my energy is completely drained.
Three shifts per day with five teams seems to be less common; currently, the standard is basically four shifts per day with two teams
