In the Yokogawa CS3000 control system, the ARR181 thermistor card is used at the temperature measurement points of the air separation unit to connect to the system; three-wire compensation wires from the field electrical assembly are connected to the terminal block (knife switch terminals) in the cabinet. On multiple occasions, the temperature at these measurement points increased or decreased slowly; once the connections at the terminal block were disconnected, the temperatures returned to normal. The resistances measured on-site were normal, and the temperature wiring was properly secured. Has anyone encountered this problem: the temperature changes on its own, and after a disconnection it returns to normal?
Some circuits have interference, requiring capacitors to be connected in parallel at the terminals.
