Coking with a single coal type

I would like to ask the experts: can gas-fertilizer coal be used directly for coking? When coking with a single type of coal, our plant’s gas-fertilizer coal has the following properties: ash content of 7%, volatiles of 38–39%, sulfur content of 0.8%, bonding index of around 80, and Y-value of around 12. I would like to know whether it can be used directly in the coking process
It’s possible, but the quality of coke is poor, and the resources are not utilized comprehensively
