Effect of turbine pipeline stress on bearing housings

When connecting the inlet and outlet pipes of the turbine, a dial indicator is needed to measure the cylinder’s deviation. I would like to ask: when tightening the bolts connecting the inlet and outlet pipes, the cylinder is offset by 0.04 MM. Does it have an impact on the turbine itself? If there is an impact, what is it?
Due to thermal expansion, the turbine side is seated on a base; it isn’t fixed in place, and the pipe stresses mainly cause the turbine cylinder to warp. Consult the service personnel to find out if this has any impact.
