How to choose a lubricating oil heating device?

Our company currently has a lubricant filling workshop. Due to the drop in temperature, the viscosity of the lubricant becomes high, preventing it from passing through 800-mesh filter bags. We plan to install a lubricant heating system; initially, we are considering using an electric heat transfer oil furnace, with a heat exchanger used to exchange heat with the lubricant, thereby raising its temperature from 0°C to 40°C. The lubricant flow rate is 800 L/h; how should the heating and heat exchange equipment be selected? I would like to ask everyone.
If it is an indoor device, considering the installation of heating is a good option; this ensures that the temperature remains constant throughout the process, and it also provides protection for the operators.
