The flange at the level gauge port of the separator is of type HG/T 20615-2009 WN25-600 RF. The level gauge has now been removed, and I want to seal this flange using a blind plate. I have three questions for everyone: 1. Which type of sealing surface is suitable for a blind plate – RF or a male-female fitting? 2. Is it okay to use a blind plate with a pressure rating of class 900? Will the dimensions match? 3. We have two separators here, and the flanges at their level gauge ports are of type HG/T 20615-2009 WN25-900 RF. After measuring the dimensions of these flanges, I found the following: A: Flange diameter 150, diameter of the center circle of the bolt holes 101, bolts of type M24*150. B: Flange diameter 150, diameter of the center circle of the bolt holes 97, bolts of type M16*110. For flange type B, I couldn’t find any standards that specify such dimensions. If I want to create blind plates for both flange types A and B, how can I do it so as to avoid mistakes?
Simply select the corresponding flange blind plate (which was referred to as a flange cover in earlier standards) based on the flange interface of the equipment.
