Can a power distribution room be installed in a Class C factory building?

There is currently a Class C factory building with a steel frame structure; no explosive substances are present inside. The height of the building is 9 meters. I would like to construct a distribution room with a solid wall in one corner of the building. Is this feasible? I have been unable to find any relevant regulations on this matter, so I hope everyone can provide some guidance. Thank you

The corresponding design specification should be Clause 2.03 of \"GB 50053-2013 Design Code for Substations of 20 kV and Below\": Workshop substations equipped with oil-immersed transformers should not be located in buildings with a fire resistance rating of grade 3 or 4 ； When located in a building with a secondary fire resistance rating, the building shall adopt local fire protection measures. Other codes, such as Article 4.3.1 of the \"GB 50054-2011 Code for Design of Low-Voltage Power Distribution Systems\", stipulate that the fire resistance rating of the load-bearing components in the power distribution room should be no lower than grade II, while that of other parts should be no lower than grade III. When the substation is adjacent to other areas, the fire resistance rating of the door is determined based on the higher of the two fire resistance ratings. Article 3.2.6 of the \"GB 50016-2014 Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings\" stipulates that the fire resistance rating of oil-immersed transformer rooms and high-voltage distribution equipment rooms shall be no less than grade II; other fire protection design requirements shall comply with the \"GB 50229-2006 Code for Fire Protection Design of Thermal Power Plants and Substations\". Therefore, it can be installed in a Class C factory building; the key is that the fire resistance rating of the building housing the electrical distribution room must meet the fire protection requirements specified in the relevant standards.
