In our factory, there is a compression refrigeration unit; the compressor used is a Bitzer model, specifically the HSN7451-60 model； For quite some time now, the compressor has not been operating properly; the unit’s head does not freeze over, and it’s even a bit hot! A few days ago, the machine kept stopping after running for a while; the electrician said that the compressor protection module had activated and cut off the circuit. Later, after it was run for a few more days, the compressor head remained quite hot. Later on... it broke! The compressor sounds wrong just by listening to it. Now, all the refrigerators have been removed, as well as the main refrigeration compressors; they have been properly packaged! Plan to return to the factory for a major overhaul of the main unit. I would like to ask the experts here: can one repair the refrigeration compressor unit by oneself? I thought about taking it apart for maintenance (so as to give the mechanics some practice), and if that didn’t work, then sending it back to the factory for major repairs. Many factories with advanced technical skills repair refrigeration compressors on their own, but if you’re not sure about your own capabilities either. . . . . I wouldn’t recommend it. You can first communicate with the original manufacturer
