This post was last edited by zksimon on 2015-10-14 at 20:20. Our company has a project that is set to be implemented next year, which requires the construction of around 10 large storage tanks. Each tank is intended to have a volume of approximately 5,000 cubic meters; these tanks need to be made of welded steel structures (carbon steel tanks with anti-corrosion measures). The tanks must be capable of withstanding corrosion, as they will be used in anaerobic reaction environments with corrosive conditions. This tank is a mixing reaction tank, equipped with an upright mixer at the top; the material inside the tank is in the form of fecal waste, with a density similar to that of water. This tank requires good sealing performance (biogas is present in the upper part of the tank). The tank is required to have a service life of over 30 years. Companies that possess the relevant design and welding techniques for construction can first send me their materials via email (zkhgd@163.com); I will get in touch with you after reviewing them.
I know people at design firms; we can work together if needed!
Thank you, could you give an introduction? However, at the moment the focus is on finding a construction contractor; the design should be relatively easy to implement.
Our company can take on this project. However, we are a state-owned enterprise; could the original poster provide some specific information to facilitate reporting to our management?
I work for a design and construction company; I can do it. Class A design institute.
Give me your contact information, and I’ll have him get in touch with you!
I was attracted by the word “large” in the title. If the design is fine, I’ll go straight to the construction company
A 5,000-cubic-meter anaerobic tank is considered to be a medium to small-sized tank! The anaerobic tanks made in the past were all made of carbon steel. There are countless construction companies that handle large-scale tank projects – an endless number of them! The key is to have a unit capable of carrying out process design! Those who build large tanks do so according to the plans, but it doesn’t matter whether the construction process is successful or not!
A 5000m3 tank is not very large. The issue of stirring vibration does need to be considered. It’s still quite simple though.
