Who can explain the original startup procedure for the reprocessing plant, as well as the sequence in which each unit is brought online? Thank you
It should be roughly like this: water transport, airtight displacement, cold oil transportation, hot oil transportation, drying and pre-sulfiding of the hydrogenation catalyst, startup of the hydrogenation process, feedstock introduction for reforming, adjustment until the product meets specifications, and then restart of the regeneration process
