Articles 3.5.1 and 3.5.2 of the newly formulated standard GB 50016 stipulate that the fire protection distance between Class A and Class B warehouses and the roadside of roads outside the factory should be 20 meters. And now there is a newly built liquid chlorine storage facility that is 5 meters away from the factory’s perimeter wall; outside that wall is the road leading outside the factory. Is this acceptable?
This definitely does not meet the standards； I wonder how your original design drawings got approved ； It’s very likely that it won’t pass the safety inspection in the future

This is explicitly stipulated as something that must be followed; the safety assessment does not mention whether avoidance is required, so one can inquire with the safety assessment company about the evaluation conducted at the time
