There are many types of aromatics; it depends on what combination is used, but a scale of 1.5 million tons is considered large
I don’t think there are any units with a capacity of over 1 million tons

Whose products have their scale determined by the amount of feed used? I’m hearing about this scale of hundreds of thousands of tons for the first time; is it calculated based on the amount of feed?
