Office atmosphere

The highest-ranking officials in our office are the factory manager and the deputy factory manager; there are also a few engineers and an administrative staff member. After that, there are us new interns. Normally, the atmosphere is very oppressive as long as the factory manager is around. Please help me come up with ideas on how to liven up the atmosphere so that the manager will be satisfied Also, during lunch breaks the boss snores while sleeping.......................
What are your job responsibilities? Going to work is a serious matter, especially for engineers; mistakes are not allowed. Why try to liven up the atmosphere? It’s not break time.
