The rules for this activity are as follows: 1. Scope of submission: 1) Operation manuals, user guides, and similar documents for all chemical-related mechanical equipment, instruments, and devices. 2) Original work instructions prepared by the users themselves. 3) Various general forms and documents. 2. Duration of the activity: November 25, 2016 – April 25, 2017. 3. Requirements for posting: 1) All attachments related to the materials shared in this activity must be posted as separate topics in the designated activity forum. 2) The title must include the name of the “specific equipment” (the official name as given in the operation manual or instructions) along with its model number, to facilitate subsequent searches by users. The title is very important; please use lowercase English letters for symbols. 3) For general table-based documents, the title must indicate the full name and the place where it will be used; same as above. 4) For all qualified posts, information about the attachments should be included in the post (a brief description is provided, with instructions included in the post itself at the time of posting). 5) Original content created by individuals must be indicated in the title or within the post (original content is subject to a separate evaluation and may earn the winner a mobile phone prize). 6) It is prohibited to upload pure product promotion brochures from manufacturers; such posts will be deleted or moved to the promotion section, and they will not result in any extra points. 7) If content of the same type, related to the same product from the same company, is posted by the same user, it can only be uploaded under the same topic (the order in which these posts are displayed is determined by the moderators of that section). 4. Prize criteria: This event features phased evaluations, with prizes including immediate rewards, awards for the most active participants, and the most popular posts in each category. Immediate rewards: Anyone who participates in the event, posts content in the designated sections as required, and submits valid posts will receive an immediate reward of 10–20 wealth points per post (an additional 30 wealth points are given for original documents). Most Popular Award in Each Category: By the end of the event, within each category, the winners will be determined through a combination of scores given by the organizing team’s judges and limited voting. 20 to 200 winners per category will be selected, who will receive either a Haichuan commemorative water bottle or a Haichuan souvenir (the specifics will be indicated in the award announcement). Most Active Participants: Starting from the day the event begins, the top 3 participants who share documents the most in each single month (with at least 50 shares per month) will receive direct gifts from Haichuan: a Xiaomi bracelet, a power bank, or a commemorative water bottle (chosen randomly). Final Most Active Participant Award: 1–3 winners will receive either a Redmi phone or an external hard drive (the specifics will be indicated in the award announcement post). The number of awards listed above may increase depending on the quality and quantity of participation.
