The double-acting valve is controlled by ABB TZIDC; it operates normally when opened, but starts to act only when the pressure reaches 80, and later only at 70

The locator converts 4-20mA signals to a range of 0-100. Since there are no issues with operation, it seems that the problem lies not with the locator itself. You might want to check whether the exhaust from the valve’s solenoid is functioning properly, as well as the air supply pressure, and whether there is anything dirty blocking the filter pressure regulator; you can take it apart to inspect the inside. .
