I’m facing a problem now: what are the consequences of combining two types of materials with significantly different temperature levels? For example, one stream is composed of low-temperature hydrocarbons, while the other is product gas at around 30 degrees Celsius containing water – what effects will occur when these two streams are combined? What is the effect of combining a stream of propylene at 20 degrees Celsius with a stream of propylene at -20 degrees Celsius?
Aren’t you afraid that the materials will vaporize in large quantities? Aren’t you worried that the large amount of gas generated could cause vibrations and explosions in the pipes?
