1700 mass flow meter issues

Today, in the workshop, a 1700 mass flow meter suddenly showed zero flow rate, with the green light flashing; it seemed to indicate a value of SET 22mA. After a while, flow resumed suddenly on three occasions
It’s normal for the green light to flash; basically, as long as it’s green, that’s fine. Setting 22mA is used for simulation. There was an error in your panel’s operation.
