The boiler is small, with a capacity of 6 tons; the feed water is demineralized water. The water from regular and continuous drainage is intended to be cooled before being sent to the circulating water station. I would like to ask whether water from separate circuits and connected circuits can be combined before being fed into the cooler. I just started working in the boiler industry, and I don’t think there’s any problem. The experienced workers said that the fixed-discharge and continuous-discharge systems are never connected to each other, as the pressures in these systems are different, which would cause water to mix between them. I personally cannot agree. Moreover, I personally think that the pressure in fixed-row and continuous-row arrangements should be similar, not exceeding 10 KPa; I’m not sure if my understanding is correct. I’m asking an expert to explain what the pressure difference between fixed-flow and continuous-flow drainage is usually, and whether in my case I can connect them together for cooling purposes.
Both fixed-discharge and continuous-discharge systems originate from the boiler drum; the pressure before discharge is essentially the same. The only difference lies in the location of water discharge and the way in which it occurs. Circulating water cannot be used to remove the dirt present therein

Personally, I think it’s possible; the main issue is that your boiler is small, so it’s recommended to have a small buffer tank.
There is some steam in the continuous discharge stream; it is recommended to add a buffer tank to this stream and combine it with the periodic discharge stream. If possible, the streams from both continuous and periodic discharge should be mixed together in a single buffer tank before further use.
