Specification 151-2014 does not specify his minimum applicable pressure; a slight negative pressure of -0.015 should also fall within its range. For such operating pressures, should a design pressure of 0.2 be used? Can gaskets or loose sleeves be used on the equipment flanges? Solve
Loose fit is definitely possible; we’ve used negative pressure before； I think a gasket would work too.

The casing you mentioned must not have a loose lining.
For devices made of materials like titanium, can’t a gasketed structure be used? If the device’s flanges are made of titanium directly, isn’t that a waste?
