When the water temperature is low, large equipment subjected to high amounts of reboiling steam experiences greater vibration; therefore, it is possible to adjust the amount of reboiling steam used gradually, which will lead to a more gradual increase in temperature and better results.

What was the temperature of the deaerator when the vibration occurred? Was the steam turned on too quickly?
The temperature being close to 110°C is likely due to a high amount of low-flash gas, as well as increased replenishment of low-pressure gray water!
