Issues related to building houses

We have just built three of these recently; for the first two, all that’s needed are some basic materials – it’s simply a matter of creating a cement floor, using square tubes a few centimeters in size as supports, welding a base plate at the bottom, and fixing it to the ground with expansion bolts. It doesn’t cost much at all. The third is the designed drawing; this is more complicated. The foundation is dug to a depth of about one meter, with a reinforced concrete ring beam at the bottom, another reinforced concrete ring beam at ground level, and yet another one beneath the window sills (this one without reinforcement), along with I-beam columns that are several dozen centimeters thick. We don’t quite understand either. The factory management saw it, as did some professionals from the civil engineering and supervision teams; everyone was outraged, saying that this is the standard for a 6-story building (while ours has only one floor). ——Since it is a small warehouse that isn’t very noticeable within a larger investment project, inspections usually focus on the manufacturing processes and equipment; this is just a material storage area in the workshop, and no one pays attention to it. Finally, it was probably the factory management who approached the technical management department (investment management), and the leader of that department came to the scene and said to keep a low profile.
