What is the difference between plan52 and plan53a, and in what applications are they used respectively? By how much higher must the pressure of the pressure-holding medium in plan53a be than the pump inlet pressure?

The difference between Plan 52 and Plan 53 a is that one tank operates under pressure-free conditions while the other operates under pressure. Plan 52 does not allow contamination of the medium; leakage of the medium into the tank is permitted, whereas in plan 53a there is zero emission of the medium. Plan 52 is suitable for non-polymerizing fluids with a saturation vapor pressure higher than that of the sealing fluid, and leakage to the atmosphere is not allowed. It is not suitable for heavy fluids, dirty fluids, or easily polymerizing fluids (in such cases, plan 53 should be considered). When used with alkalis, amines, or easily crystallizing fluids, clean water is used as a buffer fluid to dissolve any leaked particles. It is effective for methane, ammonia, propane, and other hydrocarbons with high saturation vapor pressures, offering high reliability. 53a Application scenarios: Used in conjunction with pressurized double-sealing for liquids with high saturated vapor pressures, light hydrocarbons, hazardous or toxic liquids, as well as liquids that are dirty, abrasive, polymeric, or corrosive.
