Dear experts, the dry gas seal for ammonia compressors supplied by SHENGU does not come equipped with a pressurization system (pressure pump); it is stated that a high-pressure nitrogen supply source with a pressure of 0.3 MPa higher than the compressor’s stall pressure is sufficient to eliminate the need for such a pressurization system. Please, experts, could you explain this? Thank you
If there is high-pressure nitrogen, a booster pump is not needed; the system pressure of the ammonia compressor is not high anyway – 0.4 MPa of nitrogen is sufficient for a system pressure of 1.6 MPa
Sometimes a medium gas is used; at the start, the pressure is not high, so the booster pump starts automatically~~~~

That means there’s no need to install a pressure booster pump, right?
Our nitrogen pressure is 0.6 MPa, while the pressure used in the device is around 0.38 MPa. It depends on the manufacturer to determine whether this pressure is low enough; if it is too low, then sealing won’t be possible :victory::victory:
