I have been involved in Phase 3 projects, and there are many minor installation defects or issues that are not detected during the installation phase; they can only be identified through water testing and commissioning. Therefore, the punch list should be prepared within one or two weeks after the project’s commissioning, and then work should be carried out to make the necessary corrections based on that list.
